We also offer powerful organic mineral based suncare products. Unfortunately, most of the suncare on the market is NOT reef safe, even though many claim to be. Harmful chemicals that bleach the coral, leech into the bloodstream, disrupt hormones and cause organ damage to the user- is sadly used in most suncare. We have trademarked "Beyond Reef Safe" because we have created sunscreen products that are truly reef safe AND skin safe! If your sunscreen contains oxybenzone, octinoxate, avobenzone, octocrylene, retinyl palmitate, nano zinc oxide, parabens, phenoxyethanol, fragrances and nano particles- you can be sure it is not natural or reef safe!
