for the Curious ones Hi! My name is Veronica Lara and I am a digital illustrator based in East London, England. I started Vero Illustrates to send cheer and playfulness into the world through art. I love to play with bright colours and add lots of details. My subjects are plants, food, places...anything that makes me smile, and my hope is that they will brighten up your day. During the COVID pandemic I re-connected with the love of drawing that I had lost from childhood. It started as a hobby but it soon led to launch Vero Illustrates when I realised how much I missed creating. I am incredibly grateful to now be able to dedicate myself full-time to illustrating. My customers are wonderful and kind, and are the reason why I am continuously growing in my art and expanding my range. It makes my day when they tell me they've bought my art to remember a treasured holiday, or it was the perfect gift for a loved one!
