Mellby Atelier på Österlen originally was - and still is - a small B&B in the outskirts of Kivik (Skåne, Sweden). We are the previous owners and we recently sold the B&B to a lovely couple. They are now continuing on “our journey”, and we are most grateful for that - they are doing a fantastic job so far! During our time at Mellby Atelier, we created our own range of kitchen- & bedroom linen as well as a hand made home fragrance line featuring hand soaps, coco soy scented candles, reed diffusers & room sprays. We used the products in the B&B and now that it’s sold, we’re continuing with the product side of the business, and have opened up a web shop with our own product range alongside a hand picked, small selection of other home goods items. The linen range is made from French Flax/pure organic linen, stone washed for softness and that “already used” feel (OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 & GOTS certified). The home fragrance line is hand made in our little studio, in Örnahusen (Skåne, Sweden). We create in small batches and only choose sustainable materials, like natural coco soy wax, FSC certified wood wicks and all natural bases to name a few. All products are cruelty free and vegan.
